AriX beat me to posting. Oh well. To have developer access, first join the forum, and contact an admin (or me and I'll lead you in the right direction). Although the admins will probably add you as developer as you join.

- You don't have to have any particular skill in anything. Ideas are just important as design and programming talent.

Very nice Design on the website. Really.

But just a note on the graphics, The Amazon Forest is a Rainforest. Which is very different from what you portray in your site.

Not that it really matters, just something that you might want to know.

Yes we know, we decided that the forest didn't have to look like the amazon.

Yeah, I mean, look at Phill Ryu.

ideas = programming talent.

ideas != programming talent.  It's a team effort and you utilise people's strengths. That would be why Adam does graphics and Scott does site code and why Phill or John or any single person doesn't just do everything.

The WITA website is so cool, I would help developing but i want to participate in the heists as well.

I always give 100% at work: 13% Monday, 22% Tuesday,
26% Wednesday, 35% Thursday, 4% Friday

Hard work may not kill you but why take chances

Another update: Now Noah says that we're going to be done this Thursday. I, myself, think that the date's terribly close, but...
