Right, I cannot seem to file the .appshelf file for the MH3 bundle!!! That screenshot thay was posted is downloading at 70 BYTES/sec, so I can't see where its pointing to, but I'm fairly sure it isn't on my MH3 receipt.

TBH I don't recall appshelf being in the bundle originally - was it a secret unlock?  It isn't on my original receipt but it is on the on on the MH website...anyone got any idea why it isn't showing up?

I think another thread recommended a method:

add the following to your macheist url:  /forums/viewtopic.php?id=17099

Sorry, can't yet post a link.

WTF

i started up this app the other day, and got a message that there was an update, so i clicked the install update.

Then a message pops up that this is now a PAID upgrade and i have to pay $5 to use the app.

IMO this is really irresponsible by the developer. TELL THE USER IF A FEE IS REQUIRED to update the app BEFORE the user updates it.

I tried using time machine to revert back to the old version. But i think the plist has been modified as it's still telling me to pay to use it. I'd just do a reinstall on the older version but then would i lose the apps I've already added?

WTF.

Just downgrade from time machine and put your old serial back in.

Yes, because everyone uses time machine.

You can download a version that still works with your serial from your MacHeist 3 receipt page

Or pay $5 to upgrade because AppShelf is just such a good and useful app.
