Still waiting for my serial. Is it supposed to take this long? Serials for all the other apps came through fine, except the one i was most excited about, ShoveBox!
My transaction took place over many hours ago (i was late by about 2-3hours when the bundle came up). Is this normal?
*waits patiently*

The same for me, no serial number

I have no SN either, if I log off will I be able to get them later?
No licence at all for all the products.
Did we'll get them by mail or should we came back via the bookmarked URL ?
Any provision in this app for organizing using sub-folders? Also, same serial # & hot key issues as everyone else.
no serial
And... - yes- same problem. There are no serial numbers visible...
Only the cup of coffee - generating serials...
I just checked this morning and I don't have any S/Ns either
A cup of Joe?
Not getting the serials.
Can we has an AppShelf file for those of us who got it last time around? That would make keeping track of those serials really easy....

As quoted by an actual high school student.
I can't enter my serial number. I click the ShoveBox menu bar icon, then Enter Serial, and nothing happens. What's the deal?
8 hours later, no serials. Just an FYI...

nada, nothing...no serials and it's now friday 10:28 AM EST. When will sns appear? Why not send in emails instead of that clunky page?
Ok, so NOTHING in ShoveBox works (well, the only thing that works is the Purchase option). I tried clicking on every option in the menu, and nothing happened. I tried downloading from the developer's site, but it can't find the server to download the DMG file.
I quit ShoveBox, and reopened it, and everything works now, including registration.
Hope that helps someone (that has a serial).
i got the serials and everything, install it perfectly, when i try to enter serial with the serial i got here, its telling me "Invalid Serial" What do i do now?

Would like to see that too! Would be great if we can pack all the serials and download information into AppShelf!
^ +1
I would love an AppShelf file, as I recieved that app last time I did a MacHeist.
Also, please stop asking for serials people...they will be coming. Even if they come tomorrow, does it really make a difference? If you're DYING to use the software, just try the trials! ![]()

My Serials came up about an hour and a half after I signed up. With the ShoveBox serial, I had trouble getting the "Enter Serial..." window to come up, but realized I dropped the application into the Applications folder AFTER I had launched it, so I closed down and opened it from the Applications folder and the "Enter Serial..." window came right up.
Haven't experienced any problems other than that.
for those who are getting the invalid serial error, just close the app, drag to your applications folder, relaunch and now enter your serial.
This worked for me,
cheers!
Is someone going to answer the serial number problem? At least to say when they will be available.

I made a thread about that, but no one seems to want to read things labeled "read me first".

Yeah, I don't think these forums are a good idea for support. People just post whatever problem they're having without reading anything else for the answer. And then reasonable people who actually would be willing to look through the thread/other resources can't because it's crowded with redundancy.
I'm launching a fancy new support section on my own site later today to deal with the influx, but it's kind of hard to help people who can't actually read instructions.
I think my solution for now will just be to answer questions repeatedly in the thread and act like it's perfectly normal. That way the original person gets a response and future people coming have an increased chance of encountering the answer to their question.
