Ah, AirBurst. Another one of Freeverse's forgotten IPs. Strange Flavour ported it to XBLA and then dropped it to make games for the iPhone. Sigh.
I got AirBurst Extreme all the way back in 2002 or so in Freeverse's spectacular Original Mac Games Bundle, and it's still one of the best party games I've ever played. One of my best memories was playing it on a massive TV by way of my friend's iBook hooked up to it through the old VGA-RCA AV adapter. Another was of playing 4-way with a bunch of friend crowded around my old 14" iBook. Ah, good times, especially when someone hit that fscking Wrap powerup. Ugh.

AppShelf: nanoBundle 1
Check Reciept Page for nanoBundle 2 AppShelf Files.
I think Flow is one of the very few file transfer apps i don't own.
I was reloading my mac and i found i have licenses for :-
Forklift
Transmit
Captainftp
Yummy
Interarchy
and I had Cyberduck on the machine previously as well.
Whats worse is that as I only use Coda and Rapidweaver for any design work i do i rarely need an ftp/sftp client.
(note I am definatly a forklift user when i do)

Well, there shouldn't be MacJournal or RipIt, because they have been in MacUpdate's bundles before...

1. That's not a MacHeist bundle. John has said repeating apps that have been in other bundles is unlikely, but that it doesn't outright disqualify them from MH promos.
2. This is a NanoBundle - it's not a typical bundle.
MacJournal and Ripit are two apps I have already considered buying before. So, if the price is right, I would buy the nano-bun for those two apps alone. But, I have a feeling they are saving the best app for last as usual, so maybe I will have another motivator ![]()

Ok, Maybe I don't understand english good enough to understand what "So while there are the various memes and myths that constantly get propagated about bundles, I'm going to make it 100% clear that we don't include repeats of other software in our annual bundles and this means both our past bundles and any other bundles." means...
Plaah, plaah plaah...
It's pretty clear. If a piece of software has ever been in a bundle, it will NOT be in the annual MacHeist bundle.
The keyword here is annual. The upcoming nanobundle is not the annual MacHeist bundle. That should come later.

There's a new app! I can't tell what it is, but it's got a green and black icon. Anybody recognize it?

Were you that kid in school that always threatened the other kids that you were gonna tell on them? ![]()
<insert out-dated referral link here>
Gonna have to test the other apps. So far I already own RipIt, and I don't write much (so Journal won't be all that interesting). I suppose Airburst is an interesting time-waster, and I guess Flux could replace Cyberduck (although I'm still looking for an SFTP solution that integrates with Finder), that leaves the clipboard thingie and Covers... It all depends on the price, I guess ![]()

Why not finder itself! press command K and type in the ftp address

Works great for FTP. Secure FTP (SFTP), not so much. You have to use a lot of weird stuff to get it working. Macfusion + MacFuse+ an updated sshfs. Then again, not perfect, but "works", mostly. Not all that reliable, though. If a reasonably priced app existed that did all this, in a simple and reliable way, I definitely would buy. Any pointers, MacHeisters? ![]()
One of the apps with the green background is CoverScout I think.

when is another crate going to drop?
when is another crate going to drop?
Don't count on it. The next thing to "drop" will likely be the bundle itself when the countdown ends.

I have no inkling what's in the nano-bundle but knowing the Directorate as I do my guesstimate is it'll cost $14.23.

If that is the price, I´ll hit "Buy now" button at lightning speed
Haha, I love wordprocessors and Mac Journal is one I would really love to get my hands on.
I won't be buying (unless the price is a nano $5 or so), since I have macjournal, ripit, forklift, and cuteclips. I would like airburst, and may pay just for the game. I don't particularly want coverscout. On a side note, the front page just had three coverscout boxes in a row . . . maybe a surprise addition at the end?
Referrals for your consideration:

Honestly not one of the crates appeal to me, I don't need Squeeze, ripit, macjournal, flow or any other app in it. I hope they add a few killer apps, otherwise I won't be buying.
Looks like I'm most likely sitting out on this one too.
Already have RipIt, not interested in game, already have fetch for ftp/scp, don't need / use clipboard manager, and not a journal writer myself...
If the price is right, I might get it for cover scout, but since I've already done the cover art scouting manually for my library, chances of that is low...

I'd jump all over that.
Tranmit handles SFTP just fine. Don't know how reasonnably priced it will be to you though ;)
So does Cyberduck. Does Transmit permit you to mount the connections to the Finder sidebar? Can you navigate the distant filesystem using Finder? That's the feature I'm looking after, total integration. Might be a little freaky to ask for, but it's a must-have for me.
CoverScout is really nice if iTunes won't recognize a CD...
Team Green Monkeys™: "It's monkey business!!!"
Cant really say that this is all that tempting. The only app I'd be interested in is Flow, but I already use and like Transmit just fine.
