I just placed an order for the MacHeist bundle.  I downloaded RapidWeaver first and it download just fine.  When I tried to download any of the other components of the bundle I get zip.  What am I doing wrong?

when I try to do the tweetblast after buying the bundle. keeps telling me my username can't be found. it is afipanic such as my username. I tried manually tweeting what everyone else is, didn't help. Still says my username can't be found.

You don't do anything wrong

A lot of the apps are in zipped to make them "smaller" to download
Just download the zip files. Dubble-click the files and they will be unzipped
You have program preinstalled on your mac to unzip

Zip is a compression used both on Windows and Mac computers

What does it mean on my Bundle receipt :' RapidWeaver is waiting to be unlocked. Once the goal has been reached the license will appear here!' because I can't activate my license as the dialogue box requires the serial code. (Why can't you just say what to do in plain English?)

Why does it say my Twitter username can't be found and why do I not have any serial numbers? Says it's generating them for some time now. I opened Macjournal first and says it's only usable for 15 days.

On MacJournal--note there is a bad line wrap on the display page and the last character of your serial number is on the next line.

You have to make sure that updates aren't protected on your twitter account, then follow the instructions on the tweetblast page again.

Serial#s should be on your receipt.  put a /myorder after macheist.com and you can view your receipt.

Why make it so difficult? After copying my name & serial # and pasting to activate, I have an error message. What now? If not, I would like a refund. Tmiyashiro

If it don't work when you copying try with type it - remember what appelget wrote in post # 10

That is plain English. What it means is that when enough people buy the bundle, RapidWeaver will be unlocked and you will get your serial number. But if the goal is not reached, it will unlock near the end of the bundle time limit. Hope it clears it up for you.

Even though the Twitter username issue is irrelevant, here's something: is your username set to be private? If so, you need to make it public and it will work. After that, you can set it to private again if you wish.

you need to unprotect your tweets. ('updates' can't be protected)

you do this in Settings and then uncheck the box under Tweet Privacy.

once you have your licenses/serial#s/whatever, you can turn update protection back on if you wish.

The might be an issue with my mac...but it wont let me unzip...It opens up and then before I can do anything it disappears. Any suggestions?

Can I delay the download a few days - Have a new Imac on the way in shipping.  Currently have G5- would prefer to put on intel Imac

I downloaded the macjournal manual as a pdf
but everytime I try an open it, I get a message saying that it is corrupted. I have tried several times.  Any ideas?

Just download it and transfer it to a USB. But the app will still be available for download after the bundle has ended though, so whichever you like.

I saw something about giving as gifts applications one already has, but I saw it too late, when I had already clicked on "buy". I made an attempt but saw nothing more about the gifts other than a fleeting message of the sort:  "you have 2 more gifts left".

I'd like to know how the gift thing works and if there is some way to recuperate it. In fact, I have most of the apps already.

Download and serial is all good. Everything is alright except for one thing. When I followed instructions of this video "http://www.marinersoftware.com/template … urnal3.mov" on how to upload my posts to Blogger, the first thing I typed was the address of my blog and they immediately gave me this reply:  "No valid blog server was found."

Can someone help me because it's the reason why I got the bundle. I bought it because it said that it supported Blogger. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can configure it manually. Try that, it should work.

I just downloaded Nano Bundle 2 and 4 of the apps need registration or serial numbers where do I get them?  Also Monkey Island will not DL.  What do I do?

I have bought the bundle, but i cant find any serials? where are they ? cant get any of my programs to work.. i have posted on twitter but i cant download the other tree apps, is this because of delay or what?

I downloaded this about an hour ago and it still says "Generating Serials". I also want to download the three apps for Tweeting, but it won't let me do that either. I imagine that's because I don't have serials yet? How long does it take to generate serials? Thanks!

It won't let me download any of the apps in this nanoBundle. I have my licenses, but every time I click on a download button, it comes up with "Server Not Found".

I just bought the bundle, and installed mac journal.  I thought I could just drag and drop my pictures from iphoto into a new journal entry, but it does not properly size the photo or allow me to adjust it.  It ends up being very long and extremely large, cutting off most of the picture.  what am i doing wrong?

I cannot find anywhere in MacJournal to enter my serial number to register the software. Where do I enter the serial number? Any help is appreciated.

I've been scammed haven't I.  Grrr..... All I got is a bundle of 15 day trials. DAMN!!!!

OK it was nearly 24 hours but I got the serial numbers.

Probably everyone has found their serial/license#s by now, but once they have been generated they can be found on your receipt:  http / macheist.com / myorder

Always a good idea to save a copy of your receipt for your records.

I purchased the MacHeist bundle and made an attempt to sent licenses to my daughter's email address. It turns out I sent it to the wrong email address. Can you please help?

I like how 95% of the inquiries here are about the bundle and NOT about macjournal.  Maybe mods could create a nanoBundle general support/questions thread so these don't get lost in the shuffle.

For MacJournal, I've tried the serial number to no avail as well.  Cutting and pasting, retyping the whole thing. Bad serial number.  What's up with that?

Hi. I already had MacJournal, so I wanted to gift its license to a friend in another country. He tried to download the app from Mariner Software and still waits for they send him the "downloadable files". I thought it was just as simple, to give him the license after he installs a demo.
Is there a better way to do this? I have written his name and license in my Bundle receipt.
