For early customers who experienced issues

We should (those who had issues in the very first day in the first few hours that the bundle went on sale) be getting a bonus app soon. Phill said as much and he has either kept his word or surpassed it. So I know it's all good. And giving those who suffered early as the first responders the free app is a great way for MacHeist to say oops were sorry! Even though from what I understand the main problems stemmed from PayPal's side of things.
Getting codes sent to you if you brought later is a timing issue and generally not a bug in the system. Though I am sure a few fell through even those cracks.

I'm standing by my earlier prediction about the bonus app. Adobe CS3 is not going to be it.

I asked Phill on AIM, he said we can expect something during Heist 6. Sweet. I can't wait. And that just might be tomorrow.

has it been determined who's getting it? just the people with the paypal problems? or all of as as it took over the 72 hours we were told?

My initial understanding of the situation is that it is just those of us who experienced the initial PayPal problems and were sent the email to "reclaim" our bundles.

I'm going to go ahead and say probably not... With little word from the Directorate since the end of the sale and with ambiguity regarding the potential for a sixth heist I'm not holding my breath. Kind of a shame that such a great experience ended with such strange silence from those in charge.

Xtorrent...but i have a question for Xtorrenty! 99% of bittorent is warez, then why i should pay for warez? i've better go and buy official app from devs.

MDA is coming along. We've been making great progress on Cookbook especially. iClip 4 is doing incredibly well.
And heist 6 is this Wednesday.

All right, here's what we came up with. I know some of you are bound to be disappointed, but I think it'll be a nice surprise for most.
Right now, we have a list of names/paypal addresses/order info for all customers that experienced two separate issues with Paypal early on in the sale. (We feel pretty comfortable at this point that this list covers everyone.)
If your name is on this list, email phillryu@mac.com from the paypal email address used to order the bundle with subject line: "MacHeist PPI Bundle" and your full name/email address in the body, and if it checks out, you'll receive an email later this year with information on picking up the MacHeist 2 bundle for free.
Sorry about the delay on this, and I know there will be some more waiting, but I think ultimately a full free bundle will be worth the wait vs. a single app now.
