I would very much appreciate it if I could print large emoji images, specifically the pig emoji image ("PIG FACE"). I was wondering if there was any vector emoji resource, or if there was a way to scale them without pixillation. I'm currently using Lion and it seems as though the emoji's are not scalable.
You may have to wait until the rest of us get Lion to get an answer to that question.
There may be source images within the OS itself, but as the OS has not yet been released, there is no way for anybody to look for them...

I think that it will be difficult to find exactly that emoji in its original vector form.
Anyway, I’ve tried to trace it. Here’s the PDF file.
You, my friend, are a living legend. Thank you very much!
Just an update: Lion has a font named Apple Color Emoji.ttf inside /System/Library/Fonts/.
It seems that it’s a collection of PNG images:

How do you do to have all those fonts ? I use Lion and I have only that :

I don't know how to get them in the fonts list, but you can find them in an app under the Edit menu and then Special Characters. 👍
