It's Over!
So, MacHeist I is now officially over. I'd like to send out a big thanks to everyone who've made it possible...all the members of the Directorate (yeah, even Phill 
), all the developers who took part in the loot and the big bundle, the mods who've done a great job keeping the forums clean, and all of you who've played along and built up a fantastic community here.
I had a great time thinking up a bunch of hair-brained puzzles, pulling waaaay too many all-nighters with the crew, and watching everyone solve the heists. And I'm really looking forward to MacHeist II later this year as MacHeist I was the project I had the most fun working on in my career.
I suspect that the forum activity will die down a bit between now and MacHeist II but I'll bet that a bunch of you regulars will keep things alive here. I know I'll be sticking around as it's been a fun place to hang out.
I previously mentioned that I'll be making an announcement related to My Dream App II. That should be coming up tomorrow so stay tuned for it as I promise that it's going to make things even more interesting...
So thanks again everyone and be sure keep an eye out for MacHeist II (beware of fakes!) and some other projects we have coming up!

To John, Phill, the rest of the Directorate, and everyone else here on the forums (including hazzav!) - thanks for the great times. I look forward to more craziness from the forums over the summertime!

Wow, that fake is pretty blatant. There's no matches in whois yet.
I guess that's just a consequence of having a lot of the heists based around guessing when a phrase is a url--people are bound to buy up fakes ones.

Bitter-sweet moment... so much emotion related to MacHeist... sniff... but such a nice conclusion.
Definitely excited about the MDA announcement, looking forward to MHII, congrats to everyone, thanks to all members, even the 2,000+ spam bots I had to eradicate, thanks for making me mod, thanks for wasting like an hour of my time every day for 5 months, and bring us more.

heh, it's actually an official "It's Over" thread ... there have been so many! 
I'll be sticking around and hopefully so will some of the others that I appreciate ... looking forward to the future projects! I would write more but I've already written it all in the many "thanks" and "MH is dead" threads, I think you all know how I feel
