Hi,
I have purchased the macupdate bundle passing thru your site on 19th, received the mail from macupdate but no sign about the additional apps.

I have received the macupdate info but nothing about the promised additional apps from you.

I have written to subbort@macheist.com without result

I have written to doctorate@macheist.com without result

I have looked at Exces site for retrieving my license, but they don't know me

I have looked at WriteRoom site for retrieving my license, but they don't know me

I have looked at Browseback site for retrieving my license, but they don't know me

what's going on?

Well, if you wrote to those it wouldn't work. You want support and directorate.

Hi,

this was caused by angry typing...

the mails were incorrect in my post, but I sent them to the correct addresses...

this was caused by angry typing...

the mails were incorrect in my post, but I sent them to the correct addresses...

I wanted to make sure that you were screwing up and, no offense, not a bot or someone trying to scam someone.  I was playing it safe.

Ah, angry typing.  I am familiar with this phenomenon, having experienced it myself this morning.  sad

Have you written again to the support email addresses?  Did you provide clear details of the problem in your emails?  When was the last email you sent without a response?

I was simply angry and surely not against you

I sent the last mail a few days ago,

and I tryed to be clear as far as my english allows me   smile

anyway, now I'm leaving for a couple of weeks, so I'll give up for this days, but surely I'll try again when back in Rome.
