Phil, John, & Co.

Only a couple of more months until Macworld. Planning a big party? The WWDC one looked huge. Too bad I missed it.

Any idea on the date and venue yet?

You getting those huge burritos again??? smile

Hah, I hope they do. Not that I'd be able to go, but that would probably be a given, seeing as they've done it twice before.

The next party is still being planned (along with all the other zillion details for MH2, etc.).

We'll probably do something different this time for food (we had the burritos for the first party and sushi for the DG party). Any suggestions? I'd like it to be something kinda "exotic".

Sticking to the tradition-in-the-making of no-muss, no-fuss foods like burritos and sushi, you might consider samosas. That ought to fill the "exotic" quota, too.

I like the idea of Indian food in general since it's one of my faves. It could be messy dealing with curries and such, but samosas, pakoras, chicken tikka, etc. could work well. It was one of the options we were considering for the DG party.

Food? Why not just give out free licenses to iClip smile I'm sure that would go over well.

Go for the sushi again, but be sure to get a place that'll provide the nude women so you can eat it off them.

Mmmm... that sounds delicious, I love Indian. Can you send some up north?

Mongolian BBQ which Google says is not available in San Fran

Cajun / Louisiana

Southern BBQ - Pulled Pork/ Texas Beef brisket

The last two would be a bit exotic for Bay Area I think.

Presents?  Now, the Party for MW 2010 will be fun since Phil will be able to drink
Unless he fudged on his age wink

Oh and Korean BBQ sounds good. You guys had good choices last time which included items for those of us who can't eat certain things due diet/beliefs/etc.

Just to "help" with trying to narrow down a date...

The 15th is the MacBlast thingy. There is at least one other party on the 14th by a developer.

So 16th or 17th???

Not that I am trying to make my own schedule.  big_smile:D:D:D:D

Phil, Korean BBQ sounds cool. What day is your Birthday, btw?
