I'm guessing here but maybe the keytones represent the phone number to whatever is at 56 Stark Street.

The 3rd and 4th tones are identical, so odds are the first 4 tones are 1800, 1866 or 1877.  It's not 1888.  Someone will have this worked out soon.

I got that number (583621351), I'm almost certain it's wrong, but the results for google are similar for that number and 56 stark street.
