They are the letter codes for the bases adenine, guanine, thymine, and cytosine.

Those two strands don't fit.  They should be opposite corresponding connectors.

I found in the maze a big red letter A, perhaps the maze is a 3d version of the ones on http://thegardenofforkingpaths.com/.

The two RNA strands only match at line 16, 17 and 18; however they are also different lengths.  So that is from the top.

So, is anyone doing anything with the two nonmatching strands?  xvelcropunkx and I get  RYGRRGYYYYYYYGGOOGOB for the first string (matching with BGYBBYGGGGGGGYYPPYPR).  And for the 2nd string I get YBRYGYBYYBBBBBGYBBBYGBYO matching with GRBGYGRGGRRRRRYGRRRGYRGP.  I had some problems with orange/red, so a double check is always appreciated.

On the Internal Network site, at the bottom right of the maze, there are two 5's in tally marks. Could this mean something or is it just for show?
