I'd just like to wish everyone a merry Christmas from the MacHeist team as we each pass out for the night. The Giving Tree was quite the epic production (I think we started working on pre-production in July) but it was all worth it for the past few days, and you guys matched everything we threw at you with an absolutely gigantic response. We've already had over 100,000 people stop by for gifts!

So thank you, and a special thanks to the dozens of Mac and iPhone developers who were involved in making this such a memorable event. Enjoy your software loot, but most importantly, enjoy the rest of the holidays!

Like megamoose, I am a long time participant but silent lurker.  I think it's time I emerged from the shadows to say "Thanks" to the Directorate.  You guys obviously put a lot of thought and hard work into this.

Seriously, the Directorate has been working on Giving Tree since mid-summer, I think, and it was incredible.  Mostly.  Grumble.  No, really, it was.  And with the real fun yet to come, Rampancy is right...hang on to your hats, 'cause it's gonna start rockin' pretty soon!
