is it just me or did the mainframe picture change.
Here are some pictures or you can see for yourself.

dont look at background of the photos.( the old one did not finish loading before i took the screen shot.)

What could this mean.

LOok In the mainframe and see for yourself.

Edit: if you do not see the changes, the one that has the black background is not the change.Look at the photo closely and look at the part that has all the photos from the links during the info gathering.

Edit 2 : if i see any changes, i will post it in this thread with a date.

Simply a visual indicator that progress is being made in "decoding" the files we fed it, perhaps?

Why do people seem to think they have the right to not be offended?

It kinda looks like its turning into a radioactive symbol.

18 days.

Perhaps when it finishes decoding the picture will turn into readable text that takes us to the next part.

Also, this proves that the people who say the finished decoding, because if it really finished downloading, the picture would be different.

Personally, I am thinking that in a few days it will show apps for MacHeist III and when its done, MacHeist III will be available to buy!

I'm hoping this isn't the case - previous heists have included discounts on the bundle, and if the bundle sale starts before the heists, we won't get the discounts.  (Unless the sale lasts a lot longer than it has in previous years.)

I'm still expecting a "glitch" in the mainframe to delay decoding... or something more nefarious.  (And the expecting is part of the fun!)

i dont think it will just skip to the bundle.There has to be more heists.Like last time for the warm up, there has to be more heists which are hader and more challenging.

The photo is definitely changing. There was one white blob that was added yesterday, but today there are definite differences. Still just random spray paint though. Maybe somebody channeled Jackson Pollock.

actually the photo changed yesterday completely.
I do not know what is happening here?
Probably, as the timer counts down the picture changes.
And one other thing, the image is names Status.jpg , indicating it shows the status of the decoding.There must be some link between the bar and the image.
We just have to wait and see.

If that image wasn't planted in my head, I would never have guessed a "radioactive symbol."  Now that it has been planted there, that's all I see when I look at that picture.

It looks like as the decoding process progresses, the image loses layers of colors.

Probably it will form some sort of picture of an 'item' of importance, or maybe a photo of the source itself o.o !(I dont really know how 'the source' fits into everything as this is my first heist, just theorising...)

sorry about that, I thought that the numbers scrolling through the mainframe might have something to do with the MD5 hash function of the TGA images. I tried to copy and paste them but that did not work out so well.

Maybey it is just me on another computer. But it seems like the picture is growing: taking more screenroom in the mainframe. Pushing all the other stuff away (or is it just my 13" screen?

Sounds like I missed something big that went down... Anyway, leaving bygones be bygones, I also think i know what the final picture will be (-just a hunch, so we're clear).

I took a screenshot yesterday and one today and flipped through them using "Quick Look" and it does seem to be minutely changing. thijsvdb may have a point. Cant confirm whether the frame of the picture occupies more screen space, but I can say that the spiral is growing. Dont want to post any spoiler just yet though.

EDIT: The image is changing every few hours! Yes, the difference is very subtle but definitely there.
