The MacHeist Retail Bundle is Out!
Some of you have been wondering what's been up stewing in the MacHeist kitchens over the past week. Say hello to our new little bundle of joy: the MacHeist Retail Bundle.
They say it has the best features from our past bundles... and we're inclined to agree. For the retail push, we aimed to put together the best damn bundle yet, because this'll be how tens of thousands of Mac users find out about us throughout the year... I think I can safely say, mission accomplished. It has good genes. (knock on wood)
The bundle will be available for sale for the next month online, then on shelves in retail stores later during the year. Plus, we'll be launching a really extensive referral program for the hardcore soon, chock full of insane (yeah you heard me, insane) software prizes.
So while many of you may find this bundle familiar, we hope you'll help us spread the good news, spread the shareware love, and welcome the newest addition to our little family.

Err, the referral still isn't working. Every email I send gives me the picture from the old bundle, and the clicked link leads to the bundle receipt page.

a suggestion for next bundle.
- every unique digg will go towards a referral credit too. 
- or every unique digg will entitle the person to have a chance to win a grand prize, e.g. Mac Pro or XServe or something. (not my idea, got it off the twitter fellow who is trying to be no.1 ... MacBook Air is the prize)

There's some software I'm close to buying, but I can't buy it until I know what's in the referral program - or else that'd be a waste.

Hey I'm still waiting on a refund for my money for the bundle I purchased ONCE in January but got charged TWICE for. Did you even give the second charge out to charity or are you just pocketing this? Why have you stopped responding the the Double Charge forum thread? What you've done is called STEALING.

I notice a few of these were sold before. Can we give/gift them to friends but make sure their names are attached to it with the registration, not ours?
I'm tempted to buy it, but I won four of the apps already...

Stop hijacking this thread with unrelating things. (Not just you, others too). You have to contact your credit card company to get the double charge taken off.

I could understand if you don't update the trailer, because it will surely suck up resources, but not updating a single bitmap file....

When I click on the referral link, it says you can't refer yourself. Why not? I'm considering buying this package, and I don't see why it matters if it's me or someone else I'm referring. I have almost all the programs, but there are a couple I didn't get that look interesting. My mom's switching to Mac soon (finally!) and I thought I could gift the rest to her.

When Karl brought it up, I told him to take it out because it sounded silly, referring yourself. But there you go. I'll email him about putting that back in.

I'm looking at getting my first Mac come June (hence no Mac at the moment). Can I get this bundle now and install it at a later date? The licenses won't expire or anything?
