mainframe picture change? - not what you think.
It's a clock. It reads 09:04:26 approximately (large hole->minute hand, medium hole->hour hand, small hole->second hand)
So, the first heist starts at 09:04.26. PST or UTC ?

Perfect! The only things missing are the three circles that are also very clear lined, like the spiral, and are quite possible going to be part of the final image, also we do not know the final colour of the image.

If you're going to read it as a clock, the smallest hand is always the hour hand and the largest the second hand. So it really reads about 5:46:05.

Most clock's I've seen, the shortest & fattest hand is the hour, and the longest and skinniest is the second. Because we're dealing w/this spiral, the closest in proximity to center is obviously going to be the smallest, so we're left to reason that the largest marker refers to the largest unit, aka, hours. Looks like about 1:47 or so.

From the heists. Watch the briefing video. But basically, somebody is trying to tell us something - they're not creating cute little artistic representations without direction.
