You need to find the secret URL:
The key of the first part of the URL is: "A Keynote as many Numbers of Pages"
The key of the second part of the URL is: "d29yZHByZXNzCg==" and it is under the Base #64
The key of the third part of the URL is: "frp"
The final URL will be: "First part.Second part.Third part"
Good luck !
If you have a hard time finding this URL, i will give another clue

Good job chrischasecook94, your near but it's not the right answer...
Hint for the first part of the URL: Add it's current number after the first key.
So, it will be: "A Keynote as many Numbers of Pages"+"The number"

Cypher's great! Cryptography is not the kind of thing you usually see packaged into a widget-like, GUI-driven application.
The kind of thing that you would see a hacker using in a movie. The only thing missing is a "HACKING..." progressbar as it decodes, superimposed on a matrix of randomly changing characters meant to convey the cypher being cracked.
Makes me want to go back and replay Uplink...
