@rampancy: I understand the word thingy.  I have already won the app.  But when I did the URL ended with app#1.

So I thought there might be more words to mess with.

So are there?

I have tried what seems right but of course I'm wrong.

Oh, I put that up there because I was reading through the memo to look for more clues and just noticed that there, just now. smile

To be totally honest with you, I barely know anything about the Clash at all beyond Rock The Casbah - maybe a hard core Clash fan who knows their stuff inside and out would be able to see anything more in the lyrics beyond what we've sussed out already...as for me, this is where my usefulness ends... smile

EDIT:

Cassiel wrote:

If you click on The Amazon sig images, you get brought to a special site with some song lyrics on it. More of the lyrics were posted earlier. If you look closely, you see that some Things don't match up between them, and you can Get some of the differences if you compare them - you're probably Better at picking at these differences than others - anyway With that in mind, also pay attention to what other parts of that site are interactive; it's most likely interactive for a reason...with Time, you should figure it out for yourself.

Thanks though Ramp.

I know Ryan Bell, Wii  it feels like there should be something to it.

But it's very late and I am not seeing it at all.

Its not that difficult when you start to play around with the words and the other things on the page. Use google/the first page of this thread if your stuck. And if you have no idea what's going on, click on my sig image.

Heh, yeah, ACP was just featured as part of the Koingo "Black Friday" bundle on MacZot last week. Maybe ACP is MacZot's new AppZapper? smile

Has anyone noticed that double clicking on that "the clash" icon twice that it highlights the words "the streets" in the first line and then double clicking on the "the clash" icon like 4 times that it highlights the whole first line.

Also if you move the word "streets" in the first line to the garbage can that it's linked to the word "scaring" in the second line.

I don't know if there is anything significance with anything that I said, other than maybe somehow they are related to the two blank app icons surrounding the alarm clock icon?

I've nopw got three copies of ACP.... two of which have paid-for lifetime upgrades (from MacZot) and one that doesn't (from here).

So, if there's anything super special in this one, somebody please post a clue.  Cause i ain't replacing an upgradable license with a single version one.

I never had to do that.  You need to enter in the words in the proper order and click the trash and it should work fine.

I'm guessing the "Ryan Bell" spam problem is not really a spam problem.  (I haven't seen any complaints in the forums)

I don't see a printed "Privacy Policy" to review for clues.  I haven't received any e-mails from anything MacHeist related.  (I created a "MacHeist" e-mail just for this and haven't rec'd anything on it.)

So I'm thinking... contrary to the memo... that perhaps "Ryan Bell" does in fact have some affiliation with MacHeist, but don't know what.  Or why.  And how does the Amazon figure into it?

And does the Wii really relate to anything?

I am posing these 'cause I've got zip.

iLori: Um... I am at this moment to lazy to go back over all your posts here... but you did figure out this mini-heist right?

As for the Wii, I thought we had seen it before during the first heist when we went into the 'apple employee' area.

Just for fun I PM'ed Ryan and wrote him a letter as if I was Billy.

I am sure it won't pan out and the Ryan I sent it to could be a faker... But what the heck it was fun to compose.

You you want to read it I will PM you.

That was a fun mini... but I feel there is still something coming what with the two app icons and the words here come

There is just something nagging me about those two words... hmmmm

I didn't get my invite until it was over.  But yeah, I'm interested.  It just seems that memo has got to have more purpose than I am seeing.
