I had similar problems with registering my copy after download. I tried all the suggestions offered on the forum with no luck,.   I finally emailed the developer who very promptly sent me a code that worked.   I was pleased with the quick courteous response I recieved

Is babbelbox still available? I completed the nanomission and only got the typo correction app in my loot... What happened?

I've seen a suggestion in another forum that clearing the cache and/or doing the nanomission a second time will work. I tried it - with two separate browsers - and still no app in my loot. Any suggestions, MacHeist folks?

Something went wrong for me and it somehow didn't work right. Not 100% sure what went wrong? Is it possible to get new promo code?

Mac user caught in a Windows World.... I will save my self and go iMac when i can afford it... until then please don't look down on me.(I got 2nd gen MacBook currently tho... and possibly a Mac Mini in the next few months)

Same here, tried on mac safari, mac firefox, winblows safari and winblows firefox.

I've PMd the developer to let him know about the problems, since we don't seem to be getting a response from the MH folks. Will update here if I hear anything.

I am getting addicted to this game. It's a great tension releaser. Breaking glass is quite relaxing.

You'll need to take those issues to the MacHeist folk.  I don't have any influence over their nano missions.  They may  have some sort of time limit on them, but I don't really know the details.

If you didn't complete the nanoMission before the start of Mission 3 then that might be the way it is.

Thanks for for including you game in the loot. I understand you can't get us the code and if you can't help I understand but maybe you know someone to nudge to look at this thread? I was here for the unveil so I know they had some problems with server issues. Maybe once they get that settled?

There are a lot of us that have had problems even getting the promo code although we finished the mission.

I figured I'd go looking to see if I could find another way to fix my problem, since I haven't been able to figure it out myself.

That might be why but then the nanoMission should of been locked. This is obviously an error on the team's part with their coding and those of us who are missing out on the game should be able to still get it.

Only Typinator is available after I completed NM3 here, too.

Whatever...I love this simple game even if it does not work full screen for me. I have started playing it in between "doing" something. Since I am "laid off" there is plenty of that.

I like the breaking glass sound! Cathartic or something.

Still don't get the floating blocks bit and why after a bit they all crash...I don't really care though.

Hey, when I go to check for updates it says it is unable to connect. Is this just a MacHeist limitation?
