If you're reading this, I'm sorry I made the path to this
message so convoluted, but I've had to be extremely
careful about covering my tracks.
Most of you know me as your mission handler for heist, but
my job for the organization goes beyond that. A few weeks
ago, I was sent on some field work to investigate a
Chinese manufacturing plant that was rumored to be in the
midst of production on an upcoming Apple tablet Mac.
Unfortunately my work was detected by a security camera,
and soon after, I began receiving anonymous threats via
email, and noticed two men following me wherever I went.
The plant is in a remote factory town, and my efforts to
leave the area have been prevented by road barriers. All
attempts to directly communicate by email or AIM have been
censored by the local internet service.
Whoever these people are, they have been biding their
time, and I fear they will be silencing me soon. I need to
be extracted quickly.
Now that you've opened the vault, the directorate should
be able to take this information and run a safe rescue
operation:
29.167227,107.090263
1/1 1800 GMT
Thank you again.

I noticed that the briefing folder says "mission completed" for me. I think any of this info is for a mini-heist or the next, or just part of the story for this heist.

Judging by the comments the directorate have left for us they are sending the extraction mission in to those coordinates. While they get some sleep and prepare heist #4, or possibly miniheist #3.5!

There are four locations with those numbers
S29.167227,W107.090263 is in the Pacific around Tahiti
S29.167227,E107.090263 is in the Indian Ocean off Perth Australia
N29.167227,W107.090263 is in Mexico
N29.167227,E107.090263 is in China.

So what?  Are we supposed to do something with this info?  The briefing doesn't have any active components to work with.

We got this under control. Thanks to you guys opening the safe, we're sending in a team now to a location in China to rescue Lisa. Great work everyone!

I think heist 3 is completed if you solved the "red" stuff. My folder displays "Mission Completed". This info may be for a mini-heist that is about to happen, it is strange that it appears at the bottom, I'm sure it has some significance somewhere.

In her letter, Lisa explicitly says she's in China.

Unless there were a previous PDF without this information, it's pretty clear which of the four coordinates is the right one.

Uh... No need for that kind of language, alej744. You might want to edit your post sad

That location in Sichuan, China is a bit far fetched, it's probably some village, with no concentrated industrial development. No way any sort of manufacturing is done there. A more likely choice would be near Shanghai or Shenzhen.

...abstarter removed his avatar that sickened some, and alej744 edited his post that offended some (if it stills offends you, you should take it with a touch of humor - I think that's the way it was intended).
