Thanks for this very clear and well explained walk through. First, I did the mission almost myself, but did not get *any* points (yes, I did the debriefing, downloaded all the loot etc etc). So I thought I should redo the mission. And since rethinking everything once more just doesn't feel that good, I came here for help. Once again thanks for this great job.

Yes, who made the ideas from the start? It's like some wants to take the credit from the MacHeist gang. Some are simply better, faster to clarify the stuff around it, but none of the ideas belongs to anyone else then those who made them, and those were....some smart type in the directorate I guess, no one else. But good clarifying work from octoshape.

Nobody ever mentions what was in the BOTTLE! The pink one. I am sure that is where the drugs came from but most of my snitches are "busy". Well, they are not on the "clock" as it were.
Will this little piece of the puzzle come back to HAUNT us?
Or only me.
Did the drugs that went into the Latte come out of this bottle?
Or is it just 1:30 am Sunday and I am awake and suspicious?

I'm not too keen on games, but I must say I was impressed by this mission and the Briefings videos.

and about the scroll.. I know you had a print screen of yours on your walkthrough, but this one I made myself, I solved the puzzle again to take the screenshot of the scroll .. but if it's so important to you I can thank you for the inspiration of taking a screen shot of that scroll ..

I don't completely agree: if the ideas, and even some of the media, came from elsewhere, that source should be credited, at the very least. Especially when so much credit and so many thank-yous are being given, and the walkthrough text explicitly discredited any material already on the forums.
In any case, I am grateful for the product of the work of all involved.

That was way cool. Practice DOES make perfect. Couldn't get that darn nautical flag waving part with the statue! And I tried the gesture for way too long... I'm thinking only half out of the box... NEXT TIME MacHeist, I will own you!

I don't get it. I solved the phone pad number and the puzzle under it. I then uploaded the files to the mainframe and it told me it was sending me to a new briefing but I keep getting the first mission 3 briefing. I've done the puzzle three times now, and I'm getting pretty sick of it. Any help?

For those of you with troubles like I had (could'nt find the "URGENT" briefing) Just use Safari 4
It works like a charm. I started using Firefox (scared about the Pwn2Own Contest.) Then, it dawned on me: This is MacHeist, not MozillaHeist!
