Tried it and it doesn't work on my MBP.  Please advise

I was able to download the program no problem. I downloaded the registration file and put it in the same folder. Opened the program and it says it's an unregistered version. It does not give me an option to authorize. When I export a movie it has the annoying logo stuck in the middle. any suggestions? thanks

Got it to work.  DON'T RIGHT CLIP "DOWNLOAD SAVE AS"!  Just click on the link ON THE WEBSITE ONLY.  The filename should not be encripted with an alpha-numeric number.  It should read "RegistrationFile.txt" once it downloads.  Then just copy it into the Kinemac folder.

You can't use the email link.  You have to use the website link.  Research this thread

I downloaded the text registration file from online, and now Kinemac won't open! It just opens, and quits! Please help this is the main reason I bought this bundle and now it doesn't work.

Failed again.  I'm following the dicussion and doing what the support folks are suggesting...I've copied the txt file into the kinemac folder and when I go to Authorize computer it is grayed out.

Is there any way to get my 1st license re-authorized? I (insert derogatory adverb here) de-authorized my home Mac right after installation. Although I was able to re-authorize this machine, I had to use my 2nd license to do it. Unfortunately, I own a 2nd machine on which I had intended to also install Kinemac. Can I get that wasted license back or am I SOL?  Thanks

Kinemac won't provide a serial number when the "Download RegistrationFile.txt" link is clicked.  An empty browser window with "serial not found" is all you get.  Please fix

Ok I have an issue.

I was given this bundle as a birthday gift. The Kinemac link to the registrationfile.txt from my email does not work. I cannot view my order because I did not do the ordering. It asks me to login to the account of the person who gave me this gift and I don't have his password. It is for this same reason I cannot get Delicious Library and Multiwinia.

I have an email on the way to my friend who gave me the gift but he is not home right now

Can anything be done?

Could you make it any more difficult to register. I bought the macheist3 bundle and when I click on the link for Kinemac serial download RegistrationFile.txt it says serial not found. Thanks for wasting my time. FIX IT!

It wont download from clicking on your email receipt.

You must go to the download page on the web (click on my receipt), select download file and place it in same folder with kinemac.app.

Works great.

I went to my online receipt as well...kind of a pain in the &%$ - but I finally figured it out. Looks like a nifty little program!

Saved file several times, does not work at all. First time bad experience with activation so far. Tried support page from Kinemac (repair your boot disk permissions) without sucess. No fun at all. Even Adobe CS3 was not that difficult.

thanks to gmhsmith and kawamuelli for the solution to downloading the txt file. Going to my online receipt and clicking the link worked perfectly!! Yippee, now I only have to fix my iSale app registration, lol. )

I put the RegistrationFile.txt to kinemac folder but it still doesn't unlock the program. I keep getting the kinemac logo and the saving disabled. I use powerpc/tiger.

I purchased kinemac yesterday as a part of the mac heist bundle, and I can;t seem to get my serial number file downloaded properly. I get this info when I click on the link:

"serial not found"

The Registration folder for the Kinemac notes it has already been activated.  Please send another unlock code?

One of my children dumped a jug of grape juice on my macbook and i had to go buy a new one!!!!!! That was a $2000 jug of juice!!!!!  How do I get this app registered on the new computer? the old one is toast so I can't deactivate it? It is telling my my 1 license is registered already?

I had a hard-disk crash a couple of months ago, so I sent an e-mail to "support at kinemac.com", and they promptly reset my license on their server. So if they can identify you there should be no problems. (It feels good for me to have two licenses now though!)
