I'm having the same issue. Serial said "This license temporarily failed to generate. Please be patient as we work to correct the problem."
Still no license # for iSale!!! What's going on? Was this whole thing just a Heist Scam?

"This license temporarily failed to generate. Please be patient as we work to correct the problem."
How long will I have to wait to receive the license? It's been 24 hours now, and still no license. Can someone let me know? Thanks!!!

I'm extremely disappointed of the MacHeist team for completely ignoring all of us, who are posting here our issues with iSale. I think that a simple message such "We are aware of the issue and looking into it, bla-bla-bla..." would, at least, show that someone is listening to us. Do we really ask for too much? What is the point of having this forum if not for finding answers to our questions!

I can say that my registration for iSale worked... however, I also purchased in the first 5 minutes when the bundle was available. If you all just purchased the bundle last night (when the servers were hit pretty hard), it may be a little but until iSale can throw out enough licenses.
Hopefully someone from the MH staff can come in here sooner or later and calm the storm. But, until then I would say just be patient. MH is not a scam, as I have participated in MH2 and MH3. Some things just take time.

This Equinox is the WORST Developer That MH could find for their Bundle vis avis their crumby Stationary stuff for Mail.app. The VERY IDEA that you have to go to their web site and go through more rigamorole and then get your serial# rejected sticks in my craw. MH should think twice before they allow their participation in future bundles.

Everything is my fault
I purchased iSale with the MacHeist 3 bundle. It will NOT launch on my iMac G5 running OS X 10.4. When I double click the installed application I get the message "You cannot use the application "iSale 5" with this version of OS X". The system requirements listed for iSale at the Aspyr site says in only requires OS X 10.3 and up. Can anyone help????
When I open iSale, it bounces in the dock and quits after about 5 seconds. I'm running Leopard...anyone else having this problem? i have submitted the query to the developers, Equinox, but not heard back.
when I tried to activate iSale I entered my bundle registration name as the Equinux ID, and my serial as the password and got the message "wrong Equinux ID and/or password. Then I tried their service for forgotten IDs and they said that no record was found for my email address (the one I used when I purchased the bundle).
DO WE HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH EQUINUX BY SUPPLYING PERSONAL INFO BEFORE WE CAN GET ACTIVATED? i.e. create an Equinux ID first?
had2B: Yes you do but that still won't guarantee that you will be registered. This jerky developer has made it ultra difficult to register thereby cutting his own throat.

I'm not able to submit my listing to Ebay. I hit submit and nothing happens.
Also how do I use my own server's photos? I've hit the ftp button but it doesn't ask me for an address or link to an image.
Using the drag and drop - where is there a table that will accept a group of images that are laid out vertically?

I joined in 2006, purchased the bundles then. Then participated a little in each one of the Heists, now I wish to purchase the bundle and now I am unable? What gives! This is such a disappointment! If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it.

Why is iSale asking me for Key Chain access? It's not asking for my eBay password. Seems to want access to .Mac. Why?
ATTENTION OTHER USERS: Unfortunately nobody from MacHeist seems interested in chiming in and speaking up on this so-called support forum, however, here is the deal.
Go back and find the original email for your receipt, titled:
Your MacHeist 3 Bundle Receipt
(NOT the email of your serial numbers)
In that, there is a link to view your receipt online, which also includes all the serial numbers. At that link, the serial numbers for iSale that were not generating ARE NOW ACTIVE. If you look in the email of your serial numbers it will obviously still say that the serial number has not generated, so you have to goto view it on the website from the link in the receipt email.

Well, I'm glad to see we weren't the only ones having major issues. But, now I see someone else is having the SAME EXACT problem as me - I can't list my auction on eBay! What's that all about? I've hit the green "SUBMIT" button on the top right - nothing. I've gone to the drop down menu and hit, "SUBMIT TO EBAY" - nothing! I waited and waited thinking it may take a little while to post to eBay - nothing. Went into "My Ebay" and it confirms I have no live auctions going.
Anyone else having this problem? And if so, were you able to resolve it?
I am so irritated right now I can't even tell you. That was the main reason we purchased the bundle!

I feel that the Directorate should permanently remove this app and substitute something else of value. Too many agents and Bundle purchasers have had too much trouble with: Registration, Operation of the app itself. The Developer(s) don't help out and in its present condition with all the numerous complaints I feel that the Directorate should take action to at the very least make sure the Developer(s) do what they are supposed to do.The obviously have more clout than we do.

I've got the same issue. Never received the serial number or activation info for iSale. Only got a please be patient email from MacHeist and have received no further info about getting what I paid for by buying the MacHiest3 bundle.
Will someone from MacHeist please reply and fix this? Thanks
