I got a serial number but the mumber doesn't work.
Is this normal for this bundles that some licence will not work

I bought the Heist with Expresso,but the key I got didn't unlock the program.
Expresso Problem Solved.
The link that is in the email for Expresso is an older version. Download the latest version off the site and you are able to use the key generated.

I had no problem with Espresso and my license... I downloaded it when everyone else did (right after the unlock). It took about an hour for my serial/license to work, but it did work.
With 80,000+ bundles sold in 2 weeks, I am sure the staff is quite busy as is trying to fix certain issues. You can always try to contact them directly rather than through the forums.

How and where am I suposed to enter my license? Cupon at Mac rabbit?? That's wehre I get sent every time I try...
I can't seem to get the dmg mounted/installed. I know I'm a dunce, but not a bashful one. Can anyone help. I open up my mac hd drill down to applications and drag the expresso dmg to that folder. The dmg shows up but the program never installs. I don't want to use up my registration validation until the program is installed. Can anyone offer suggestion(s).

My serial don´t work, I try copy/paste, write, rewrite, width "-" widthout it, at the 4th time I´m really piss off!, why don´t work my serial?. I pay for this. I was working with esspreso demo perfectly bought this macheist just for the serial and DON´T WORK!

I installed Espresso. When I double click the app, it pops up in the dashboard for a second like it's trying to launch and fades away immediately. Why won't it launch?
I was having the same issue. Then I saw that "Espresso requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or higher" and I am running 10.4.11! Oops...

I tried to copy and paste the serial number and that didnt work, then I deleted it and typed it in manually, and that didnt work.
BUT!
I quit expresso and re-opened it, went to e"un-lock" it, and justy typed in the serial number.
That worked! Make sure you dont try to copy/past first.

It's a new app, so there isn't a lot out there yet. Look thru their site and you'll find links to other references, themes, etc. I think you'll see more springing up very soon. Enjoy!

Well, I can see why there's an antiMacheist group on Twitter. Obviously, there is no such thing as customer support from MacHeist. What a waste of my money....
Have you emailed support or contacted a moderator for help? There is plenty of support available, you just have to ask for it. Mike (handling email support) and I (forum support) answer every message we receive.
Regarding the questions as to why it tells you there are 15 days remaining, etc....almost all demo programs are like this. They will show a countdown until you enter your license information from the menu bar across the top of the app. Click --> "purchase-->unlock Espresso".
To gift the app to someone else, send the dev an email with your name and license info, and include the name and email of the person to whom you are gifting the app.
