iPhone Launch Party!
Hey all,
For any of you who'll be attending Apple's WWDC next week, we're throwing a huge-ass party:
We're having it at the Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco and several cool iPhone apps, including ones from Freeverse, Firemint, and Delicious Monster, will be making their world premieres there.
If you're an iPhone app developer and have a sweet, unreleased app that you'd potentially like to demo, hit us up at demo@iphonelaunchparty.com and we'll check it out.
For those of you who aren't attending, we're planning to have a video of some of the party highlights afterwards, including the iPhone app demos.
Big thanks go out to Phill for working hard to help me put this together, to the guys at Touch Arcade for co-producing/promoting it, our sponsors, and the devs who are taking the time to demo their apps.
So if you're in the area, be sure to sign up and come down for some free food, booze, and fun!

but anyway good luck for this launch. as a not iphone owning user i hope for a cheaper model from apple and then i would take a look at your software

For all of those who are lonely and stuck in/on the wrong coast/country/continent/planet/universe/OS we could have a virtual party in MHChat!
I'll leave it for one of the regulars to set up, but hey - I might show up if it's not gonna make me feel like a lonely guy wasting away his night in front of the computer.

wow that makes four things to do on my birthday... but i don't think i can stick a 20hour flight in there, so i'll pass.
But it'd be great for all those people who can't come (or are rejected [as your invites are limited]) to be able to see a live stream of the show; i'm sure you could arrange something with the boinx devs i see that are coming to the party.

Technically the party's called "Launch", but you're right, the domain is a tad misleading. If the new iPhone does launch at WWDC we should just start emailing celebs in the area invites to the huge iPHONE LAUNCH PARTY.
