Kriana: I know you are trying to help but that is not the problem. Many of these users with problems have used the receipt. The problem is with the devloper and his (or Her)  crazy way of registering.

Need to sell something on ebay so thought that I would use this app. Installed registered (don't agree with this but I'm not the developer), and my license key is invalid please could someone let me know what to do. Do I contact the developer or Macheist.

Redundant Problem:  iSale License failed to generate.  Can I get some support please?

I bought iSale in a bundle via MacHeist too.  I am trying to activate my account and am also being told the following:

"The Activation Code entered is invalid, because it is owned by another user.

Please press the "Back" button below to return and to make changes to the Activation Code."

I tried to send equinux a support question, but it just pops up a new tab with a blank screen when I try and send the message to them.  Looks like its not being sent?

It also looks like many people have had this problem and it still hasn't been fixed.

How do we fix this problem???

Looking back thru my emails, it seems I never got my iSale serial number. The email I got for the bundle says "This license temporarily failed to generate. Please be patient as we work to correct the problem." Has anyone ever had this resolved?

Check http://macheist.com/myorder to get your serial. Everything that failed was forcibly regenerated and should appear on your receipt page, via that URL.

I have looked at this order page to get my serial number.  When trying to register with this ID, I get that this ID has already been registered by another user. 

Any other suggestions?  I have posted a ticket to Equinox as well.  But, clearly, I'm not going to use my iSale to setup my EBay auctions this weekend...

Their registration/activation system is ridiculous.  I had trouble with it as well but I will admit they were very quick to help get things fixed.

I am a MacHeist 3 customer and I can't register the updated version of iSale.  Also I have an auction that I can't post to ebay because it tells me that I am accepting money orders as a method of payment.  I have unchecked everything but paypal several times and it won't let me post.

On a side note when I looked up this address and went to the site I was surprised to see that they have a free iphone app that works with iSale.  Looks like it could be useful and wonder how I missed it before.

For some apps, we have a link to the developer's support page in the very first post in the support thread for that app. For others, you can find a link in the product documentation. But as deej pointed out, Google is the way to go. It takes less time than coming to our site and navigating to a link.

I couldn't find a place to enter the registration number until I upgraded.  Then there was a new menu item, "Activate iSale" right under the "Buy iSale."  This finally made it work.

Someone has to demand perfection.
