I'm not seeing any serial numbers for any of the applications.

I lost my internet connection midway through downloading them. I cancelled those downloads because they got stuck. And when I tried again, I couldn't do it. Did I miss my chance? The only one I was able to get was writeroom, because that's a super quick download. Please, help? Thanks a lot!

I've the same problem no SN after download...

Every support thread for every app on here has people waiting for serials. I'm sure the MacHeist folks are on it. Take a deep breath.

hmm i guess everyones with no s/n  cant really complain tho its free

I've been using this app for 5 minutes and I already consider it one of the best I've ever downloaded. Amazing! And for people that don't have serials yet, just give it some time they come up eventually. Refresh your receipt occasionally to check for changes.

Generating licenses...it's been an hour. I mean I'm getting the software for free, but I think I got heisted --time is money and I've waited quite a long time. For some reason I don't think this is going to end smoothly either.

I got my serial, but it doesn't accept it. What should I do?!

I wonder what's up with this serial number issue? I'm patient & I'll wait.

With all these problems, I'm happy I got this from MacHeist in the beginning of 2009.

I'm going to take a bathroom break, I had too much coffee waiting for the SN and now I have the runs.

yeah if you choose function key app crash

I'm looking into this issue now. In the meantime, just choose hotkeys in the preferences. Once a fix is made, I'll try to get MacHeist to upload the new version.

same here ... no sn... could they be sent by e-mail? i had to close my browser and went for a couple of joe's... i bookmarked the page and reloaded... no sn whatsoever

I think it's already considered as spamming because almost no one have the serial... So let's all be patient I'm sure they will fix this problem ASAP... Nudging won't help.

Aah wait. After reloading the bookmarked page again, the serials come up. Apparently the page doesn't refresh itself. You just have refresh it manually!
