Fun!  About a 10 min. heist for me as well.

HELP AT KEYBOARD ENTRY!

The numbers are interesting. Since it was a cellphone I thought maybe if I punched in those numbers, I'd get a name, but I just get gibberish. Needless to say my friend just received a very strange text. I know I've seen that format before but I can't remember where.

Edit: I get it now. But I've never had to input text that way. EVER.
