Part of me is curious about the box hanging to the left...some sort of extra bonus?

Probably not, will see if I can talk the budget guru in my house into parting with $19.95. smile I do like the real time bundle counts though.  That's pretty cool!

Bought mine already... along with some 430 other people, according to this.
It seems all the hype did work out as expected... (There is a secret on the price, though... )

Now just waiting for the downloads to finish, and the serials to arrive.
Wondering if there will be any surprises in these couple of days.

I believe you are wrong. It tells you IN THE VIDEO on the front page overview "7 apps with the combined value of 260 dollars. PLUS MORE BONUS APPS later in the sale." Please look through all evidence before posting. It's part of the heisting smile

Give it some time. all my serials are already generated (except the locked apps obviously)
Generating thousands of serials from several different companies might not be as easy as you want it to be...

This is normal, there is a huge volume at the beginning. It is mormally resolved within hours.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the ability to gift two apps. My nephew is developing a wen site and a blog and this will come in very handy.

No mistake there will be more apps ( At least airburst and the 'arrow app'[as far as i know yet to be identified]).
But the hanging pallet image to the left is not of 4 new apps as proposed - watch what was quoted.

Buy, you wont be able to get those 4 apps so cheap later. And you can gift 2 licences to friends that might put them to good use smile

I'd also like to know the answer to that, as I'd have liked to have Airburst. (Despite its age, it's one I've never acquired.)

I was expecting it to be in the bundle because it was pictured on the crates, and then, after I'd bought the bundle, I realised that it was missing. Pity. I sort-of bought this bundle to be charitable, because I've already got MacJournal, RipIt and RapidWeaver, so there wasn't really that much incentive this time. I'd have liked AirBurst, but it seems it was dropped.

Cheers!

The video does mention that more bonus apps will be added later on, which I assume will include Airburst and something else (the unidentified icon?)

My mac is less than 2 weeks old, and I bought it in part because of how much fun these macheist things seem to be.  I was SO excited when news of this latest "truckload" appeared just days after my computer arrived.  I've been watching the countdown clock tick to 0 for the past 5 minutes... and now NOTHING.  The anticipation is killing me!

You bought your Mac because of MacHeist??

High Five!! hehe

I never got to do anything this cool when I was on my Dell!  Now if only I could figure out what I'm doing on my shiny new macbook, lol.  The PC-to-Mac switch hasn't been as seamless as I was lead by friends to believe... but I'm getting through it, and I'm loving the way I can zoom in on ANYTHING on screen with a literal flick of my fingers.

Wow — you definitely win the Dedicated Heister Award!! What an inspiration!!

Yep the video clearly states "...plus 4 applications available later in the sale..."

Did you know that one year MacHeist actually hid a license for a bonus app in in the video?

My guess is that the icon with the play button on it & headphones is a new app.  My reasoning is that w/ 5000 members online during the bundle release countdown that if anyone had seen it before someone would've said something then or since.

For Squeeze, which was a new app, we only knew what it was because someone w/ inside info dropped the name for us before the box fell off the truck.

I'm certain Airburst and the other app will show up at some point, since it wouldn't make sense to hint at them unless they are a part of the bundle.  Certainly the apps that made the bundle were decided on more than a week ago!

The question is when they'll show up.  And when RW will be unlocked (notice that we seem to be cruising towards the 50k mark for MI pretty quickly).  If I were MH, here's what I'd be thinking:

Don't tell the unlock point for RW so that it can be adjusted based on actual bundle interest.  If you set it too high, then if the week runs out you have disappointed people.  Use the first few days to estimate total bundles bought, back it off a notch or two, then announce that midway through the week as the unlock point.  This gives people a reasonable goal and spurs interest (keeps people referring/tweeting/etc.).

As for Airburst + app-to-be-named?  My guess is they *may* not have unlock points.  They'll be unlocked by MH as needed during the week whenever sales slows.  That gives them two free boosters to use whenever they think best during the week.

Everybody else confident that all apps will be unlocked and available to us at some point?  I think I am.

Just my 2 bits.

Well I guess it is more, I heard it kind of late and must have just assumed that it said 4 since there were 4 crates hanging off to the side.

And if anyone from the directorate is reading these, you guys do realize that those crates on the left don't show up properly on smaller screens right? I didn't really see then until I was on a 24" screen. I couldn't really see them on my 13" MBP screen.
This isn't a new problem either, had the same problem last yr with MH3's home screen on a 13" display where items went off the screen with no left/right scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks for the pointers. I must confess that I'd completely forgotten that there was a video, and I haven't watched it yet. Must do that, then... fingers crossed that Airburst (and more?) will turn up later.
