At a request, I have complied a "how-to" list on registration for the products in and relating to (e.g. referral apps) the most recent bundle. If you have any confusion on how to register your product, please refer to its section, shown below. Hopefully, this meets the formatting that the requester wanted

This list is alphabetized. If you have any questions or problems even after using this guide, please respond to this thread and I will do my best to clarify or assist.

If something on your order is missing

If you have been charged more than once for a single bundle, please refer to this thread and email support@macheist.com -- Presently, the Directorate is trying to ensure that everyone's issues are sorted properly, and the best way to help the process move along smoothly is to these only once, as both the email and the thread can be used as a todo list for the Directorate. We understand how annoying it is to be charged more than once, but posting multiple times and in multiple places will only serve to slow down the process for you as well as everyone else in the same situation.

If you are missing one or multiple serials, please also post to this thread. Most (if not all) receipt issues should be resolved at this point, so please check your receipt page to check for licenses before you ask for support.

If you believe you are missing referral apps, please check your status of referrals first. On this page, it will tell you how many bundles you referred. Please also note (in case if misconception) that people must have brought from your link, not just visited the site due to it. Referral apps do not show up on your receipt page, but on your loot page. If you are shown to have referred people, but are missing apps, please explain this in this thread.

A Note on Downloading

While downloading files, it's important to note that it's better to download your programs one at a time, rather than all at once. Downloading multiple files will increase the likelihood that the download will fail or cause other annoying errors. It also won't make your downloads go any faster. Please refrain from usage of Speed Download (link) or any other download accelerator, as it increases load on the server, and increases the chance that you or someone else trying to download an application will get an unexpected drop in connection.

If you use FlashMount (link) as I typically do, or any other utility that tries to mount images faster by skipping checksum procedures and EULAs, I strongly suggest that it be turned off when opening your disk images. If, for whatever reason, there is an error in the disk image, it could cause the syslogd process everlasting pain unless you kill the process. Even then, syslogd will continue to take the maximum CPU until it catches up to the errors. It's not worth the headache.

A Note on EventBox

If you downloaded EventBox as part of MacHeist's promotional to spread awareness about the bundle, please be advised that it did not come as part of the bundle. Since it was free to all visitors, it is a non-upgradable version. If you upgraded the program, I'm afraid that you're out of luck, as the offer it no longer valid.

If you enjoyed EventBox, consider purchasing it from the developer (link). In beta, the app costs only $15, USD. Apologies for this, but beyond this, EventBox is not supported either here or by the developer, as it was a free promotional.

Acorn
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Acorn does not come on a disk image, but rather a ZIP file. If you are downloading with Safari, Acorn will automatically extract. If you're using a different browser such as Firefox or Opera, just locate the downloaded file and double click. Once the file is extracted, move it into you Applications (or other) folder.

Once you open Acorn, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at Purchase -> Enter Registration Information.

Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click Register. You're done and ready to use Acorn without restriction!

AppShelf
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

AppShelf comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Upon opening AppShelf for the first time, you will open to a registration dialogue. Click Enter Serial to register AppShelf. Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click Register. You're done and ready to use Acorn without restriction!

BoinxTV
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

BoinxTV comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Upon opening BoinxTV for the first time, you will open to a registration dialogue. Click Install License to register BoinxTV. In order for the registration to be successful, you must enter the Name and Code exactly as shown on your receipt page. You cannot add a company name with this code. Once you have finished this, you are done with the registration process and are free to use BoinxTV.

Cro-Mag Rally
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Cro-Mag Rally comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Upon opening, Cro-Mag Rally will prompt you for a serial number. You must type (you cannot copy and paste) your license from the receipt page. Hit Register to complete registration, and Cro-Mag Rally will finish launching.

Delicious Library 2
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Delicious Library does not come on a disk image, but rather a ZIP file. If you are downloading with Safari, Delicious Library will automatically extract. If you're using a different browser such as Firefox or Opera, just locate the downloaded file and double click. Once the file is extracted, move it into you Applications (or other) folder.

Once you open Delicious Library, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at Library -> Enter Delicious Licensor. Then click ENTER LICENSE.

Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click "License Now". You're done and ready to use Delicious Library without restriction!

Espresso
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Espresso comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Once you open Espresso, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at Purchase -> Unlock Espresso....

Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click Unlock. You're done and ready to use Espresso without restriction!

(The) Hit List
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

The Hit List does not come on a disk image, but rather a ZIP file. If you are downloading with Safari, The Hit List will automatically extract. If you're using a different browser such as Firefox or Opera, just locate the downloaded file and double click. Once the file is extracted, move it into you Applications (or other) folder.

Upon opening The Hit List, you may register it by using the menu option The Hit List -> Preferences... You will need to be online in order to register The Hit List. Simply copy and paste your listed name and license and press Unlock to register The Hit List.

iSale
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

iSale comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Once you open iSale, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at iSale 5 -> Activate iSale....

iSale requires product activation, so you need to set up an equinux ID in order to use iSale. To register, enter your details on the next screen. Please be aware that the maximum password length is 20 characters.

On the next screen, you may enter the serial code located on your receipt page. Press Activate and you're ready to use iSale.

Kinemac
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Kinemac comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the entire folder to your hard drive to install.

On your receipt page is a license file that is used to authenticate Kinemac. Simply place this file in the same folder as Kinemac and launch Kinemac. You are now free to use Kinemac without restriction.

Koingo Utility Package
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

The Koingo Utility Package is only available if you participated in the bundle referral system and gained at least two referrals.

The Koingo Utility Package comes packaged on a zip file, downloadable from your loot page, or as individual programs from the Koingo website.

Each product in the Koingo Utility Package needs to be individually activated, but all are done in the same way. Under the application menu, select Activate Product and enter your email to register. You must be connected to the internet to validate your registration.

LittleSnapper
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

LittleSnapper comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Once you open LittleSnapper, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at LittleSnapper -> Register....

Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click "Unlock". You're done and ready to use LittleSnapper without restriction!

Multiwinia
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Multiwinia comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Before launching, copy your registration key from your receipt page by selecting the registration code and hitting +C. In order to complete registration, you must be connected to the internet. If you use Little Snitch (link), make sure that Multiwinia can connect. Upon launching, a registration dialogue will automatically come up. Simply click "Paste" and you will automatically be registered.

PhoneView
Developer's Site - Support Thread

PhoneView comes on a disk image and does not require any sort of registration or product activation. Simply use the provided link from your receipt page to reach the real download page. Download your program from here and copy it from the disk image on to your hard drive. PhoneView is ready to use!

Picturesque
Developer's Site - Alternative Download (Tiger version) - Support Thread

Pictureesque comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

To register Picturesque, open the program and then visit your receipt page and click on the provided link. Picturesque will automatically register.

pop-pop
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

The pop-pop is only available if you participated in the bundle referral system and gained at least one referral.

pop-pop comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Upon launching, a registration dialogue will automatically come up.

When prompted, fill out your User and License Code exactly as it appears on your loot page and hit Continue. You are finished and ready to use pop-pop without restriction.

Please note that your license code if left unentered will eventually expire, though there is no reason to be concerned by this. Your license will be automatically renewed over the internet at no cost to you.

SousChef
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

SousChef comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Once you open SousChef, you may enter your registration information from the menu option, located at Help -> SousChef Licensor. Then click ENTER LICENSE.

Simply copy and paste your license from your receipt page and click "License Now".

If you would like to share your recipes online, you may enter a username for this service. You will need to be online for this step. If you do not wish to contribute, simply hit Cancel instead.

You're done and ready to use SousChef without restriction!

Times
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Times comes packaged on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and drag the program to your hard drive to install.

Upon launching, a registration dialogue will automatically come up.

When prompted, fill out your User and License Code exactly as it appears on your receipt and hit Continue. You will need to be online in order to complete registration. You are finished and ready to use Times without restriction.

WireTap Studio
Developer's Site - Alternative Download - Support Thread

Wiretap Studio comes packaged as an installer on a disk image. Simply open the disk image and double click the installer icon to begin installation. You are required to use an administrator username and password to complete this installation.

Upon launching, a registration dialogue will automatically come up. You may also access the registration dialogue from the menu option, located at WireTap Studio -> Register WireTap Studio....

When prompted, fill out your User and License Code exactly as it appears on your receipt and hit Continue. You are finished and ready to use WireTap Studio without restriction.

Please note that your license code if left unentered will eventually expire, though there is no reason to be concerned by this. Your license will be automatically renewed over the internet at no cost to you.

World of Goo
Developer's Site - Support Thread

World of Goo comes on a disk image and does not require any sort of registration or product activation. Simply download World of Goo from your receipt page and copy it from the disk image on to your hard drive. You're ready to play!

That is some might fine work. Only thing I see missing is eventbox. I downloaded it but never installed it till after MacHeist was over. Now it needs a serial and I have no info on that anywhere. =/ Any help? Thanks!

eventbox was a special build only available for download via the front page of macheist.com. Sorry, if you've downloaded the regular version, you're out of luck.

Also, if you guys did download the MH version, you have to notice that it does not support upgrades.  So, if you install and update, it's going to ask you for a SN and you're going to be out of luck there.  You can't install the updates if you want to keep using the freebie version.  If you use it and you really like it though, it's only $12.  Support them by buying the app!  Enjoy

Pop pop's license is supposed to be in the loot and not in the order page as described above. Please correct this.

I don't think the referral license issues are sorted out yet - I still don't have my license for Pop Pop in my loot or my mail. So a note about waiting for MH support to respond to support requests may also help people who're new here and are searching for answers.

SpiderOak - get an additional 1GB space for free when you sign up from this link. I'm late to the SpiderOak referral party.

pop-pop info has been fixed, and I added a subsection on eventbox. I hear of EventBox support requests a lot, so hopefully this will curb a few.

did you download version 1 or 2? your serial should only work for version 1 that was part of the bundle as 2 only came out a couple of days ago.

Hi!

I received the free NanoBundle, with serial to most applications included. This after participating within the deadline. However, when I was installing the apps today, I noticed there were no serial for the most important app to me - the VirusBarrier app. There was a link to /Facebook, but it only tells me the promo is ended. I find this strange as long as i got this within the deadline stated. 

What to do?

I'm not entirely certain you can do anything if you didn't post the message for VirusBarrier to facebook while the nanoBundle was still going on.

At least that's how I'm interpreting your case. If you posted to facebook before, then let me know.

Hi. On the "Tweet to receive 3 free apps" section, it isn't recognizing my twitter username.
It's just the same as my username, lsatterfield, but it's saying it doesn't exist...?
I had logged in before buying the nanobundle, but it told me to buy the bundle first.
I did then went back and it wouldn't recognize my name.
Any help? I'd like to get that software.
