Download software: steam at store.steampowered.com/about/ . After installing it go into your library. Click add game- add steam game and put in the code you were emailed.

First Heist for me. The save was unlocked really quickly and I expected the 100% to be a little more difficult.

All in all a wonderful game.

So apparently the app doesn't remember your 100% completion if you've deleted it. Bummer

You possibly could get it back using JuicePhone and iPhone Explorer.  But yeah it's a dumb iOS design that always deletes *everything* when you uninstall.
