(since the loot is listed in the App Store description, I'll be open about it)

When I tried (on Steam) to register the Puzzle Agent product key provided in the vault, it said "Duplicate Product Code".  I noticed that some time last year the same issue occurred for the first loot.  Could it be the same problem?

BTW, product key for World of Goo is working fine.

I am also getting the same error message for this game

My Loot online for Puzzle Agent is saying "Your registration info will appear within 72 hours."

I guess I'll check back in a few days.

Mine seems to have worked out fine, so at least it isn't broken for everyone.

Quick question: is there something you need to do other than clear 100% to get Puzzle Agent? Not sure if I'm in the first 25k or not for World of Goo, but only Eets is showing up in my vault and I have received no emails.

edit: Nevermind. It finally worked. For some reason I had to trigger the night owl achievement again, then Sophia called and then I was able to do what I had tried to do previously.

I am also getting the same error of duplicate code for Puzzle Agent. Has anybody been able to get this fixed or heard anything from someone of MacHeist?

I'm also getting this error for both Puzzle Agent & World of Goo. Eets worked fine.

World of Goo worked for me. Puzzle Agent is giving me the error. It figures, since it seems like a really fun game.

Puzzle Agent is giving me the same error. Says the key has already been used.

Some they do and some they don't and some you just can't tell.
  Some they will and some they won't and some it's just as well!

Just an update...

The product code is now available.  (for me anyway)  Just have to get into the vault in The Heist on iOS, and click on the Puzzle Agent game again.

It seems that the code delivered via email was giving me the error, but the code given in the vault is different and valid. If you're still having trouble, see if this is your problem too.

Hmmm, I had to restore my iPhone, and can no longer see the code given in the vault.
