I'd post more replies on here...but this thread is kind of ridiculous. I'm not convinced that anybody reads the replies, or even extremely basic instructions on the homepage/receipt. The MarinerWrite support thread is probably the worst one here, though.

If you've written in to our support helpdesk, you'll definitely get a response, it's just taking some time to sort through all the emails. Please don't write in repeatedly.

I got the serial from here, but it doesn't work at all. could you verify my serial?

Hi, I have serial numbers, but do not see where I can enter the serial number for Shovebox. Thanks

I have a serial number for shovebox but when I enter it the 'ok' button does not illuminate.

If I enter the serial number received with my receipt, ShoveBox claims it is not a valid SN.  It was the one app I thought would benefit me the most.

I re-downloaded the app.  Quit the running version.  Trashed it.  Moved the new downloaded app to the application folder and restarted it.  Now the serial number entered without a problem.  The new download and the one from two days ago have the same version number, but seem to be different (more recent one works and other did not allow the sn.)  Hope that helps. 

Mahalo to MacHeist and especially Dan Grover for providing this little gem.  I'm sure his head is falling off right about now.  Hopefully this adventure will yield many dollars for Dan sometime in the future.

The serial number for Shovebox is not working.

Hi! I tried registering/entering the serial number for ShoveBox and it wouldn't accept it - saying it was an invalid serial number.

ok downloaded entered the serial number and then nothing happens.  Any suggestions?

go to the menu icon on the top right, drop down menu to "enter serial"

I have the serial code but the program didn't download?

How do I change the Hotkey for shove box?  I set it up and thought that I cancelled the hot key but I didn't.  I need to change it.

downloaded, installed, and set hot keys but now i can't open it. WTH? What do i do now?

Hi, I've downloaded the software, but cannot open it.  It is showing there but nothing happens when I double click on the shovebox icon.

All of my bundled apps were associated with an email address that I had to change yesterday. Do I need to let each company know the new email address or what?

I guess I got on the serial number bandwagon late. Everything was working fine until recently I got the "free trial over-enter serial number" message. Problem is, I shoved the other free apps and some other stuff in and thought the app was really a free app. Now, can anyone tell me how to get the serial number when I can't open the app?

Well i certainly did not get the serial number either so when the 30 days expired i contacted them of how to get the &^&(^ thing off my computer. None of their instructions worked and somehow it seemed they thought it had to be user error.
So neededless to say i'm not pleased.  it's still hanging there  '30 day trial is expired every time i start up my mac.  this is not good
