I just vomited in my mouth a little bit. A MacHeist Bundle could have prevented that.

Bought the bundle (on an iPad). Download link really wasn't appropriate for an iPad. Got serials in the email with the indication that I also purchased the extended download. Somehow they snuck that one in on the invoice with a +$5 charge for this "service"
Logged back into the site (digital river?) and now there's no place to get the DMG from.
No biggie - can get the app installs elsewhere, but moral of the story -- ignore the temptation to buy "extended download service" as it does not function as promised. Save the $5.
