My computer was stolen and I put this on my new one and it won't accept the serial because it's registered on my other (stolen) computer. How do I remove it's connection from my previous computer?
Considering how bug infested and accordingly unusable the 1.x version was, do the 1.x users get free upgrades to 2.0?
Nope, it's now "App Store Exclusive".
I blasted hate the App Store. It's become a way for the app publishers to charge us full price again for the same product, claiming it's because "Apple doesn't support upgrade pricing" and "it would be too intensive to support two versions". It has given me a handy dandy list of companies to blacklist from ever purchasing from again.
Signatures confuse me. I can never work out what to put there.
I have bought a new computer since my old one doesn't work anymore. Can't register the clips on my new computer because I get the message that I only have one license. I only use one license, the old computer is broken and not used anymore. What should I do? I can't accept that I can't use software I paid for because my hardware breaks.
Clips keeps crashing about a minute after it is started. Its v1.5 on Snow leopard. Is there an upgrade path?
If you are having trouble entering the serial number, go to your Macheist receipt page and click the link that says "click this after you open Clips." Worked for me. To find the preferences, press command comma (command ,) and it should open under the transparent screen, then press escape.
