The beta for Pixelmator is currently scheduled to be released Aug. 16th.

I never got my codes for exces or writeroom. Everything else (save pixelmator) has come through. Did I do something wrong?

Try this for Exces: http://www.excesapp.com/?macheist
And this for WriteRoom: http://www.hogbaysoftware.com/store/resend_licenses

Everything is my fault

Hey guys,

a few days have passed and I received some, but not all of the access files and serials for the macheist bundle. i'm still missing browseback and exces - i tried kalleboo's link to their site - but do i get the license file there, too? linkinus was the only one i got, without trying to get the licenses myself...
anyway - great bundle. thx guys

It has been well over 36hours (it's been over a week). Where is the software that I paid for and was promoised to recieve several days ago? Isn't it illegal to sell someone somthing, take someone's money, and then not give what they paid for to them?

What do I need to do to get MacHeist to give me what I paid them for?

Can you list exactly what you have and haven't received? Have you emailed Phill like it was proposed earlier in this thread? Are you sure you put it the right email, used the special MacHeist link?

I am sure I used the link. I have the correct email. I have emailed Phil two or three times now. I haven't recieved anything.

Is someone going to help with this? Will Phil ever reply to an email?

From what I understand, you didn't even get an email from MacUpdate? MacUpdate sent its emails right after purchase, so unless it's in your spam, the problem lies there. Again, as said at the beginning of this thread, check your spam both in your desktop client and one the online interface. If nothing's there, that means the problem is on MacUpdate and you should contact them.

If you did get something from MU, again, follow the instructions at the top of this thread.

Try sending an email to directorate at macheist dot com. Try sending a PM explaining your situation in detail (including the email you bought the bundle with) here.

1. I have gotten everything from MacUpdate (within an hour of purchasing).
2. I do not have a spam filter.
3. I have emailed and pmed already. (see above posts)

Can someone answer my question now? When do I get what I paid for? I can show you my MU emails if you want. I just want my software. It shouldn't be this hard to get something I paid for. Seriously.

Well obviously you're part of the small percentage of people who ran into trouble receiving their MacHeist stuff. Despite my shiny moderator badge, I don't have any power to resolve the situation beyond what I've already done. Try PMing kallebo again, PM or email Phill (PM, email: phillryu at mac dot com) and John (PM, email: johnred at inventive dot us) as well. Hopefully someone from the directorate can resolve your problem.

Trust me, I think this is really too bad, but I personally can't help you more. Still keep us posted, though. I sincerely hope someone solves this soon.
