Hello to all,

I just discovered that the MUPromo and Macheist were linked. I bought the MUPromo Bundle but didn't get the extras from Macheist. I am sadly supposing that it's too late.

I've now the RSS feed of MacHeist in Vienna and hope that way not to miss anything again.

If the fact that i was a MacHeist member before the MUPromo changes anything, let me know.

Hi Franck, I believe that you would've had to purchase the MacUpdate bundle through the MacHeist link to benefit from the extras that MH added. There's at least one thread from MH members with similar complaints in the support forum. I don't know if their concerns were addressed, but you might try there and see what you find.

[Edit] K, I'm wrong. I thought I saw at least one thread like that in the support forum, but now I can't find it/them. Ah well, sorry for misleading you, hope you get a response soon from someone who actually knows. =)

I believe justG is correct, you would have had to purchase through the MH link instead of directly. I also thought I saw this question answered somewhere, but can't confirm it right now. Did you check the MH FAQ about the last sale, or the wiki that sprang up related to it?

Ho well, life is harsh .
It is the "volatile" nature of a good deal that makes it a good deal. I had an occasion with the MUPromo, I missed the extras from MacHeist... too bad for me.
