I'm trying to remember how long it was before the items in the bundle were announced last time. I'm really looking at Bannerzest Pro at the moment - the current givefood promo only has the std version, so I *want* to hold out to see what's in MH2 ... but I am not good at waiting!

"To start, press any key." Where's the "any" key?! I see Kuh-tor-ull, Esc, and Pig-Up, but I don't see the "Any" key! woah, all this computer hacking is making me thirsty, I think I'll order a tab. (Presses tab key) Ooh, too late for that now, the computers starting!"

I'm sorry, this is all the about page says

This coming January, the bundle is back, and it's going to be the most spectacular Mac shareware deal in history. Stay tuned.

But now I remember it being hinted at in a thread.

Damn...means that in the unlikely event that OmniFocus is in the bundle I can't hold out (Price doubles to post-release on Jan 8th)!!

Eek. I expect there will be a bit of a clamour to find out for sure whether that particular app is included as the date draws near.  I mean, that's a savings of almost USD$40, not exactly chump change.

I think EEK sums it up very nicely indeed.

Why not just email Omni Group? If it's not in the bundle, they have no incentive not to answer your question.

Well, if they are not in the bundle, they would tell you they weren't, but if they are, they would be under NDA not to say...

Exactly - if they are in the bundle, they will have no comment.  If they are not in the bundle they will want to get your business.  That is, if indeed there is a NDA in place.

OK, great idea, sending an e-mail now.

EDIT: Would it be acceptable for me to post the reply to that e-mail (when and if I receive it) here, do you think?

The only people who know the contents of this years bundle are under NDA if I am not mistaken.

So far the apps we've gotten are pretty nice.

I would like to curse the person who put Runic in the package though... I can't stay away from it!

Looking forward to the bundle!

For those interested; a reply from the Omni Group regarding whether they will be participating in the bundle or not says:

Hi Luke,

Thank you for your interest in our software!  Unfortunately I do not know whether or not we will be participating in this years MacHeist event.  The best advice I can offer to you is to please continue checking back with us, particularly through our blog, for the latest information regarding this promotion.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Trish

Is it me or every single customer service office has a 'Trish' working with them?

Sounds to me as a "yes but I'm not supposed to say"...

I know the feeling - LOL.

I'd have to agree but I'm soo very worried that I'll be wrong and then miss the 50% off OmniFocus if it's not there! I could buy it anyway though - the bundle would still be worthwhile...

I understand...that's a very tempting offer indeed.

Strange though that you have to reserve before it being released and it gets released the same day the MH bundle is announced...I still think it's a "yes"...

BUT! ...that "yes" could be for one of their other Apps too!
