Right now they're going to Ironforge to buy the apples, and from there they'll go back to Coldridge Valley to meet the contact.

Edit: They now have the apples and are on the way back.

Edit 2: After returning the the apples, the contact in-game (Hatta) said, "Everything we see hides another thing, we always want to see what is hidden by what we see, but it is impossible. Humans hide their secrets to well... Each of you has seen something, something applish and hatty, which hides another thing."

er with it folded,  doing in order of the roman numerals, i get:

"and balls of bats racks for pinions with"

so there must be some different order, using the words on the outside as keywords or whatever. I'm trying to remember this from my childhood. You count the letters or something?

What weapon did Haigha have?

I know you guys are gonna be frustrated, but I'm doing everything I can do. I'm 400 miles away from the Dallas drop off, and I'm at work and I can't save the friggin' world right now.

Here's the update from Dallas. I had two guys on the ground, and the Mac Heist contact missed them. He was driving around the block waiting for them, and somehow they missed each other. After leaping through more hoops than anyone wants to admit here, I made contact with the Mac Heist guy myself.

My guys were called into a meeting at BOA and were not able to get the package from the guy. HOWEVER, Mac Heist left the package at the security desk at the bank and my guys are going down to get it after the meeting.

As soon as I hear from them when they pick up the package, I'll get right back with you. Bear with me, gang. We've got the package. We just don't know what it is yet.

I don't see how we could be frustrated with you sending out your minions to do our bidding.

Heh, the fact that you've got "agents" of your own working on this very well qualifies you for Directorate status yourself, apt213. smile

I hate Kobolds.  I spent 3 hours downloading 4GB of WoW to try to help out in the mission.  I finally got it installed, and running, and couldn't join the Realm, because it was locked.

So I ended up just playing around in a different realm for a couple of hours while the other guys chased apples.  I got my mage up to a level 7 before I shut it down.  I can see why some people get addicted to WoW like heroin.  I also know its _way_ too much of a time-suck for me.  I won't be purchasing it past the 10-day trial.

My best wishes to all of those who have lost loved ones to this plague of humanity. :-)

Cheers,
Wolf

This PDF just popped up on my screen, did anyone else get this?

====================================

It’s worse than you thought. Microsoft has been
busy reverse engineering the stolen RDF
technology over the past few weeks, and has
successfully replicated the device’s functionality
via software on personal computers and media
players.
While Apple’s own use of the device was limited
to press events and several Jobs keynotes, there
is already an official go ahead from the top to
integrate Microsoft’s version of the RDF into its
software offerings. Builds of Vista, Zune OS, and
Microsoft Office for Mac exist within labs, and
have been shown to successfully influence users
into buying Microsoft products and spurning all
other competition.
Current plans call for distribution of this
software via a Mac anti-virus application,
modified to ‘infect’ users with RDF when
downloaded.

We've not gotten past the fortune teller, as far as I know. It's been pointed out that a couple of the roman numerals are either mirrored or just plain incorrect (or possibly that all of them are mirrored, but I doubt that since the words aren't). In any case, we were told the Priest in WoW was wielding a Mace (which is on the fortune teller).

I'm really hoping somebody will recognize the characters in the center of the fortune teller. That interests me greatly.
