OK, I'm baffled. I have downloaded loot before (Christmas special and last year's heist) but cannot download the loot from the 4th mission.

I have entered the correct code and the vault door is wide open, revealing my loot.

When double clicking on each loot item, nothing is  downloaded. So, how do I get the loot from the vault to my "loot list?"

Losing my mind but looking for my loot....

Well... I can't get anything out of the loot either... I'm supposed to have there a 10$ discount for the bundle (which I'm not that interested in to be honest, but which I'll buy anyway, provided I manage to get the 10$ discount to apply !)

These past weeks, the loot have worked very randomly, sometimes showing something that I could download, sometimes showing nothing at all, despite the vault being wide open...

Is there another password to enter to make it available ? (The 3572 of the last mission worked first time I typed it, although nothing was available for download, now it  just displays FAIL...)

How does it work ?

With issues as these it's nice to know browser and OS.

osx 10.4.10 (or 10.4.11 on the macbook) and safari.

But I think I have a possible explanation : I run two macs, an iMac and a macbook, and I am logged automatically on both, but it looks like the loot only appears on one computer (and that is the macbook...)

Same here - empty loot (except for numbers) - OS 10.5; Safari 3. Worked fine before. Logged out and back in - same deal.

Ok, now it looks like that macheist loot doesn't like safari 2... It works with safari 3 (on the macbook), firefox on the imac but not safari 2 on the imac.

It doesn't explain roos problem then... Maybe try another browser such as firefox ?

I can't see my loot with Safari on my PMac MDD , but it works with my iBook!

So I use firefox on the PowerMac, and it works fine!

Not the cache in my case, just tried it, but as I wrote previously it is only a matter of which browser I'm using (and I got it wrong the first time then...)

Ok with safari 3 (os x 10.4.11) on the macbook, but the imac is still on os x 10.4.10 with safari 2, and there the loot doesn't appear (but it does with firefox, so it is not a big issue...)

Works fine with Firefox on this Mac Pro and on my G5 at home.

Where do you find the code

For the bundle, all your serials should be on your receipt page and in an email receipt EXCEPT for Cha-Ching, which now says will be available Monday.

For the heists, they should all be listed alongside the download link under your loot.
